Denmark holds a Golden Egg

Lack of knowledge and innovation limits food production in Denmark according to three Danish Directors.

Mads Vaczy Kragh, Lars Visbech Sørensen, and Christian Beenfeldt from Zealand’s Business Association (Erhvervshus Sjælland), Food & Bio Cluster Denmark, and Knowledge Hub Zealand respectively, state that Denmark suffers from untapped production potential. 

According to them, we could produce far more than we do in Denmark today, and we could do so in a far more sustainable manner.

The three directors give their perspectives on the potential of biosolutions and the application of these new technologies in a comment in the Danish newspaper Finans:
