Manufacturing companies make up approx. 40 % of Danish export, and they play a key role for the Danish employment and economy. The sector is also a driver of the green transition aiming to become the world’s first climate neutral production industry in 2030.

But many SMEs have yet to start the reorganization necessary to manufacture sustainably and to continuously be subcontractors for producers of green solutions.  

On top of that, the companies face severe recruitment challenges.

With the project Talent to a Green Denmark, we want to support manufacturing SMEs in fast-tracking their strategic development to attract and attach foreign workers with a specific focus on sustainability and green solutions – for the benefit of the Danish community AND the climate.

We look forward to the future project development and not least, the project implementation.
