The association Future by Lund wrote about the Nordic Bio Solutions Hub of which Knowledge Hub Zealand is also a part.
The Hub is a network where our goal is to advance framework conditions for both bio solution research, start-ups, and established companies, for example in terms of better access to pilot and demonstration facilities in the Greater Copenhagen area (Eastern Denmark and Southern Sweden).
When it comes to research, innovation, and manufacturing both Denmark and Sweden have strength position within biosolutions, and in Denmark, Life Science is an important part of the GDP with an export value of more than DKK 140 bn. But to compete with countries such as USA and Canada, we need to find common ground to make our influence count.
